Our cardio room features a range of state-of-the-art equipment to elevate your fitness journey, including treadmills, cross-trainers, rowing machines, and both recumbent and upright bikes.
To ensure you get started on the right foot, all new members receive a one-on-one induction with a qualified health professional who will guide you through using the equipment safely and design a tailored fitness program just for you.

Weights Room
Our weight room is equipped with the essential tools you need to complement your fitness journey, including leg and chest presses, a lat pull-down, and versatile multifunctional machines.
